Tell them you will pay the fee on delivery of the Land Rover.

If they don't accept that then be VERY suspicious.

.
This is a very large scale scam. This isn't the first company in the list of frauds. These companies have been identified as fraud by govt bodies and people all over are being warned not to send in cash/credit card/personal/financial details. I got a similar letter today here in New Delhi,India asking for Rs. 1000/- as Assignment fees. Stamped from Singapore, money to be sent to UK, that too, in cash, to some R. D. Rosenbohm, Director in Chief, with no phone no, email etc to contact. Please ignore all such mailers, shread them right away.I got a letter in the post saying i won a land rover 2008 series or $42,000 cash the company is called interna
I stay in Bangalore, India...I also got a similar letter saying that I have won a Land Rover. It asks me to pay INR 1000...interestingly (and cunningly) in cash. In this letter, there is no mention of contact number, email id or website of this "International Property Disposition" that have sent this letter to me...shrewd again. I am not falling in this trap. ;-)

I'll say it a million times - do you think there are people out there who are giving away money because they are bored or something??????

If you were rich, would you give away Land Rovers and cash?

How do you think they get their money? I suppose you could send them $20 and find out :-)
Do you have a shredder. Put the $20 in the shredder or better still shred the letter. The second option is cheaper.

If you send the money they will mark you as a mug, and then ask for shipping cost, insurance, %26amp;c. %26amp;c. until you get wise. Same thing as the "Tarmac your drive" merchants really
No doubt you will have to pay by credit card or online check. Take a hard think and guess what they will do with that info. Something for nothing which you did not apply to is someway they want to do a little ID theft. And sometimes things you did apply to are, too.
Yes people get this stupid letters all the time, all they want is your name and account number to send you the money, I don't think for one minute that someone will give up to theses people, just bin the letter and never give your name or account details.
I live in Mumbai, India and I also got this letter yesterday. Strange that the letter was posted from Singapore and they want me to send Rs. 1000/- in cash to some UK address. Definitely it's a scam.
If you've got $20 to blow, go ahead and send it in, but all you'll get is an education on how to be scammed.
How on earth can you have won a competition you never entered?
Mark the envelope RTS, and put it in the post box.
If you genuinely had won something - you would not be asked for money.
Tell them to take the 20.00 out of the winnings.
Don't do it. Next thing you know, your identity will be swiped.
Scam! Just shred it.
scammmmmmmmmmmers don't do it
Scam
SCAM!!!
Don't do it Liz -

hint ........................ it's a scam.
dont believe it m8,did u even enter a competition?u dont get something for nothing thats not how things work ;) bin it!!
