If the one you want doesn't have air cooled seats, they can not be added on. That's an option installed at the factory.
But please reconsider getting any Land Rover. They have terrible reliability history. As bad as Range Rovers. All Rovers have been at the very bottom of JD Power ratings since 2000. The results are base strictly on Rover owners rating their own cars.
