Sat nav in land rover freelander not working?

the unit has suddenly stopped working. it reads the CD but wont pick up any satellites.



its a land rover free lander 04 plate hse. built in sat nav unit. the radio and cd player still work ok. i have tried re setting the unit by pressing 1,3 and tp together this does reset the unit but still no satellites.

The satellite signal receiver may have gone down or become faulty or disconnected from the head unit.
