Are Land Rover parts just as expensive as Mercedes parts?

I own a benz and I realize that repair costs are extensive, but I was wondering if it's just as much as Land Rover? I'm interested in the Land Rover Freelander, does anyone know anything about this car?Are Land Rover parts just as expensive as Mercedes parts?

I would tend to believe that since there are fewer Land Rovers, their parts would be more expensive, especially if it is all wheel, or 4 wheel drive.
