Land rover cigarette lighter does not work?

I see the light inside meaning it works, as a lighter it works, but when I plug in a charger for my GPS unit it doesn't deliver at all.. Could it be a fuse problem or a wire problem ?Land rover cigarette lighter does not work?

Sounds like the plug on your GPS has a problem. Try it in someone else's car to see if it has the same problem.
